Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at Trident Dispatch. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of projects from initiation to completion. This is a full-time position based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India, with an executive level role requiring more than 10 years of experience. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, strategy development, cost reduction, relationship building, and procurement.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum of 10 years of experience in project management
Proven track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools
Experience in cost reduction and cost management
Proficiency in project monitoring and reporting
Knowledge of procurement processes and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Roles and Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and oversee projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered within scope, budget, and timeline
Develop project plans, including goals, objectives, deliverables, resources, and timelines
Manage project teams, providing guidance, support, and motivation to ensure successful project execution
Monitor project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise
Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination
Conduct project status meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management
Manage project budgets, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective project delivery
Ensure compliance with project requirements, industry standards, and regulatory guidelines
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize project outcomes
Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and make recommendations for future projects
