    Responsibilities

    • Conductindepth research to identify and prospect for qualifiedleads.
    • Utilizevarious channels such as email phone and social media to connectwith potentialcustomers.
    • Effectivelyqualify leads through needs discovery conversations to understandtheir challenges and painpoints.
    • Developstrong communication skills to present product features andbenefitscompellingly.
    • Maintainaccurate records of all lead interactions within the CRMsystem.
    • Contributeto the continuous improvement of the sales developmentprocess.
    • ProductExpertise: Maintain an indepth knowledge of MyOperators productofferings staying uptodate with new features andcapabilities.
    • ConsultativeSelling: Engage in consultative selling proactively identifyingopportunities to enhance the customers communicationinfrastructure.
    • CXOInteraction: Conduct effective discussions with CXOs and keydecisionmakers to influence their adoption of MyOperatorsolutions.
    • MarketInsights: Stay informed about industry trends competitor activitiesand market dynamics to make informed salesdecisions.
    • SalesCollateral: Develop and deliver compelling sales presentationsproposals and other collateral to effectively communicate the valueproposition ofMyOperator.


    Requirements

    • Bachelorsdegree in Business Sales Marketing or a related field. MBA orequivalent is aplus.
    • Strongbusiness acumen and the ability to understand complex customerenvironments.
    • Excellentcommunication negotiation and interpersonalskills.
    • Customercentricmindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customerexperiences.
    • Selfmotivatedgoaloriented and ability to work independently with minimalsupervision.
    • Proficiencyin using CRM tools and other sales productivitysoftware.
    • Knowledgeof the Indian enterprise market and telephony solutions isadvantageous.
    • Analyticalskills: The candidate should be able to use data to drive decisionsand optimize team performance. They should have experience trackingand analyzing customer success metrics and be able to use this datato identify areas for improvement and make datadrivendecisions.
