    We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Bank Sales Officer to join our team in Velachery Anna nagar Medavakkam Tambaram Velachery Ambattur Kodambakkam Guindy Thiruvallur Sriperumbudur Kancheepuram Redhills Saidapet Kottivakkam Adyar T nagar Thoraipakkam Adambakkam Vengaivasal Thiruvottiyur Perambur Mylapore Triplicane Selayur Chengalpattu Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. As a Bank Sales Officer, you will be responsible for promoting and selling various banking products and services to new and existing customers. This is a full-time position suitable for candidates with Junior: 1 to 3 years years of experience in field sales, specifically in the banking sector.     Qualifications and Skills

    • 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the banking sector
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong knowledge of banking products, such as gold loans, home loans, CLAP, business loans, etc.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers
    • Self-motivated and result-oriented
    • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
    • Good problem-solving and negotiation skills
    • Ability to work independently as well as in a team

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Promote and sell various banking products and services to potential customers
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing excellent customer service
    • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable banking solutions
    • Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of the bank's customer base
    • Execute effective sales strategies and techniques to generate leads and close deals
    • Stay updated on banking products, industry trends, and competitors' offerings
    • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance overall customer experience
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and bank policies
    • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
