Description

Roles and Responsibilities
a. Sending commercials to customers with best possible prices

b. Sending the Company Profile.

c. Coordination with the Team (Inhouse) for quotation, Design, Enquiry etc.

e. Updating Marketing Report, Prospect Customers list etc.

f. MIS report preparations and entering and maintaining real time sales data.

g. Supports day-to-day post-sales order transactions and reporting of customer issues.

h. Addressing customer sales queries and suggesting them with right solutions

i. Arranging technical call between customers and technical team.

j. Follow-up with customers for order confirmation.

k. Creating Sales quotation, Sales orders, Purchase request

l. Preparing Proforma invoice and sharing to customers.

m. Sending invoices to customers and payment follow-up

n. Helping sales team to prepare their reports like Funnel, weekly reports, daily reports,monthly reports etc.

o. Billing clarification to customers


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:


  • Bachelor's (preferred)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (required)

  • Sales: 1 year (preferred)

  • English (required)
