Description
Job DescriptionAls Business Development Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren en ontwikkelen van nieuwe markten en het uitbreiden van de klantenportefeuille voor de reeds ontwikkelde producten. Dit gaat om nieuwe toepassingen met toegevoegde waarde, gecreëerd uit latexafval. Het R&D-team werkt aan deze ontwikkeling van nieuwe producten. In jouw rol neem je het commerciële luik op je om verdere groei te brengt de markt in kaart voor de bestaande producten en bezoekt bestaande en potentiële klanten;voor nieuwe producten overleg je met productie en R&D een strategische benadering en win je relevante informatie bij potentiële klanten om deze producten agile op punt te zetten;
in de opvolging van projecten en verkopen, ben jij het gezicht van het bedrijf bij de klanten;
je zoekt actief mee naar nieuwe toepassingen en haalt inspiratie uit beursbezoeken, industriële trends op vlak van sustainability en recycling, alsook uit de beleidsmaatregelen op nationaal en Europees niveau;
je realiseert duurzame groei door een combinatie van projecten op korte termijn en projecten die kaderen in een langetermijnvisie;
je streeft naar een maximum aan klantenbezoeken;
je werkt nauw samen met jouw collega's van productie en R&D en je rapporteert aan de General Manager.

je netwerkt graag en houdt van contacten. Je kunt vlot met iedereen overweg door individuele behoeften te lezen;
je bent zeer analytisch in het verdiepen van de markt, checkt feiten en komt snel tot conclusies om over te gaan tot actie;
je bent graag op de baan en kan goed inschatten hoe geïnvesteerde energie zich vlug kan vertalen in mooie resultaten;
naast het Nederlands, heb je een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels. Kennis van extra talen is een troef;
je beschikt over uitstekende communicatie-skills: van gericht luisteren, empathie, overtuigen, doorvragen, aligneren, verduidelijken en coachen van klanten.
