    We are having an opening for Manager IT- Digital Content Management at our Mumbai Location.

    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a highly experienced and hands-on Digital Content Management Specialist in IT to lead our digital content initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in architecting, designing, and implementing Content Management Systems (CMS) and Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems. They should have in-depth expertise in platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, and other ECM solutions. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our digital content strategy, ensuring seamless content delivery, and optimizing the user experience across various digital channels.

    Areas Of Responsibility :

    Technical Architecture and Design :

    • Architect and design robust and scalable CMS and ECM systems to meet business requirements and support digital content initiatives.
    • Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies, frameworks, and platforms, with a focus on AEM, Sitecore, and other leading ECM solutions.
    • Ensure alignment with industry best practices, security standards, and compliance requirements.

    CMS and ECM Implementation :

    • Lead the implementation and customization of CMS and ECM systems, including configuration, integration, and deployment.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and content creators, to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
    • Provide technical guidance and support throughout the implementation lifecycle, resolving technical challenges and ensuring project milestones are met.

    Content Strategy and Optimization :

    • Develop and implement digital content strategies aligned with business goals and user needs.
    • Optimize content management processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
    • Implement personalization and targeting capabilities to enhance the user experience and drive engagement

    Hands-on Expertise:

    • Demonstrate hands-on expertise in AEM, Sitecore, and other ECM systems, actively participating in development and configuration tasks as needed.
    • Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide guidance to junior team members.

    Stakeholder Collaboration :

    • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to gather requirements, define solutions, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Act as a trusted advisor, providing insights and recommendations on digital content management best practices and emerging technologies.

    Documentation and Training :

    • Create comprehensive technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design specifications, and user guides.
    • Provide training and support to internal teams, empowering them to effectively utilize and manage digital content management systems.

    Data-Driven Decision-Making :

    • Utilize data analytics to gather insights and inform content optimization strategies.
    • Implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of digital content and make data-driven decisions.

    Localization and Cultural Relevance :

    • Oversee the localization of digital content for different regions, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with regional regulations. Works closely with localization managers to implement localized content strategies.

    Quality Assurance :

    • Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and compliance of digital content. Conduct regular audits to maintain high-quality standards.

    Educational Qualification :

    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates who possess pharmaceutical industry experience.

    Master's degree is a plus. - BE/BTech/MCA/ME/MTech/Full time MBA from tier 1⁄2 colleges

    Specific Certification:

    (At least 01 of below is mandatory)

    Adobe Certified Expert (ACE): Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sitecore Certification HubSpot Content Marketing Certification

    (Additionally, any one of more of below will be a value add)

    Certified Information Professional (CIP) Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP) Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified ScrumMaster (CSM )
