    Description

    The Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join their team as a Technology & Automation System Specialist, reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations and Technology Partnerships. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a leading software company, making a significant impact on organizational efficiency and strategic decision-making.


    Main Responsibilities:
    • Develop, maintain, and support internal solutions and applications based on stakeholder requirements from the strategy team.
    • Identify areas for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
    • Resolve technical issues and propose new functionalities in a timely manner.
    • Gather and analyze internal feedback to drive continuous improvement.

    Training and Development for Application Adoption:
    • Develop and implement training programs for teams to ensure successful adoption of solutions.

    Building Innovative Approaches to Internal Applications:
    • Drive innovation by exploring new technologies to improve support delivery and team satisfaction.
    • Utilize data and AI capabilities to enhance automation and operational efficiencies.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

    Liaison with Internal Technical Teams:
    • Collaborate with the internal IT team and mentor technical professionals to ensure customer satisfaction.

    Cross-functional Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams to ensure alignment and drive customer success.

    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in software development, cloud application development, and implementation of enterprise software.
    • Experience with Java, Python, low-code applications (e.g., Mendix), and API integrations.
    • Understanding of data models and AI applications.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience in a SaaS environment is a plus.
