    Job Description

    Role Responsibilities

    §Predominantly incoming industry dataflows for MOP which have been unable to auto process - require manual intervention/user decision to resolve§Able to work towards team targets . Good excel knowledge, self motivated, driven by efficiency and quality §Send all relevant industry flows and update internal systems to reflect any changes, manually deprogram the job . Investigating meter related dial issues§Allocation of resource to visit site to read meters, via booking of appointment or scheduling jobs where resource allocation is available.§No CEF requirements for back office resources. IT literate, and confident with the use of multiple systems . §Strong exception management skills and natural problem solvers. §Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment, adapt to change and eager to take on new challenges§Enthusiastic individual with an ability to motivate and be a key part of their dynamic team§

    Qualification

    §Computer literate (MS Office & Domain knowledge) with Yrs. of Education

    Experience

    §Minimum 6 months work experience is preferred.

    Desirable Skills

    §Commitment and drive for targets. Accuracy in transactions performed is of prime importance§Decision making ability§Adaptable & Flexible§Customer service Focus – Ability to empathize with the customer and prioritize requests
