- Overall feature delivery responsibility and accountability for complete tech stack (React frontend, Golang backend services, Serverless on AWS lambda, Mysql DB)
- Convert product requirements into actionable and tangible items for all stakeholders
- Overall API Design, Component design, DB design code, performance, security
- Automated testing and verification of new features
- Release estimation, planning, communication and integration with other stakeholders (product, ui/ux, business teams etc)
- Performance fixes and optimization
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new best practices to maximize development quality, efficiency
- Code review
- Build modular, efficient, testable, and reusable code
- Integration with internal and third party solutions/services with JSON data via REST API calls
- Excellent Data Structure and Design Patterns
- Golang, React knowledge and expertise
- Strong knowledge of AWS services and their working
- Indepth experience in microservices / serverless architecture
- Strong logical reasoning and programming skills.
- Strong knowledge of JSON data handling
- Understanding database schemas that represent and support business processes
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git/Github
- Ability to work and thrive in a fastpaced environment, learn rapidly and master diverse technologies and techniques
- Experience: years experience preferably in a Product company of which last 3 years managing a lean team of Tech lead and senior product engineers
