    PositionOverview:

    As the Sales Head forCorporate Travel you will be responsible for leading our salesefforts across India driving revenue growth and expanding ourclient base within the corporate sector.

    Leveraging your expertisein sales strategy relationship management and industry knowledgeyou will play a pivotal role in achieving our business objectivesand establishing the company as the preferred partner for corporatetravel solutions.


    KeyResponsibilities:

    Sales StrategyDevelopment:
    Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenuetargets and penetrate newmarkets. Identifykey growth opportunities within the corporate travel sector anddevise effective strategies to capitalize onthem. Analyzemarket trends competitor activities and customer feedback to refinesales approaches and stay ahead of industrychanges.


    PerformanceMonitoring and Reporting:
    Lead mentor andmotivate the sales team to drive performance excellence and fostera culture ofachievement. Setclear sales objectives provide ongoing training and development andensure alignment with organizationalgoals. Conductregular performance evaluations provide constructive feedback andrecognize topperformers. Prepareregular sales forecasts reports and presentations for seniormanagement highlighting achievements challenges and actionableinsights. Utilizedatadriven analysis to evaluate sales effectiveness identify areasfor improvement and implement corrective actions asneeded.


    Client Acquisitionand RelationshipManagement:
    Cultivate and maintain relationships with corporate clientsincluding key decisionmakers andinfluencers.
    Identify client needs understand their business objectives andtailor solutions to meet their specificrequirements. Actas a primary point of contact for client inquiries escalations andstrategic discussions ensuring high levels of customer satisfactionand retention.


    BusinessDevelopment andExpansion:
    Drivebusiness development initiatives to expand our client portfolio andmarket presence acrossIndia. Explorepartnership opportunities negotiate contracts and collaborate withinternal stakeholders to enhance service offerings and valueproposition. Attendindustry events conferences and networking functions to promote thecompany and establish thought leadership within the corporatetravel sector.

    Workclosely with the branding & communication department toenhance companies portfolio in social media and otherplatformsCollaboration withBranding & CommunicationDepartment:

    Workclosely with the branding and communication department to alignsales initiatives with marketing strategies and enhance thecompanys visibility and reputation across variouschannels.

    Provideinput and insights on target audience preferences market trends andcompetitor activities to support the development of compellingmarketing content andcampaigns.

    Leveragesocial media platforms including LinkedIn Twitter and Facebook topromote companyls corporate travel solutions engage with prospectsand clients and drive leadgeneration.

    Monitorsocial media channels for relevant discussions trends andopportunities to participate in industry conversations and positioncompany as a thought leader in corporatetravel.

    Coordinatewith the marketing team to track the effectiveness of social mediaefforts analyze engagement metrics and optimize content strategy tomaximize reach andimpact.


    QualificationsandExperience:

    Bachelor s degreein business administration Marketing or related field; MBApreferred. Proventrack record of success in corporate travel sales with at least15years of experience in a leadershiprole. Strongunderstanding of the corporate travel industry including trendschallenges and competitivelandscape.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability toinspire and motivate a diverse salesteam. Exceptionalcommunication negotiation and interpersonal skills with the abilityto build rapport and influence stakeholders at alllevels. Strategicthinker with a resultsoriented mindset and a proactive approach toproblemsolving.
    Proficiency in Self booking tools & CRMsoftware.
    Willingness to travel asneeded.
