    HRBP – Manager

    Job Type: Full Time

    Notice Period: Early joiners

    Experience: 10-15 years

    Job Location: Bangalore, India

    Education Qualification: MBA in HR or equivalent

The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in various aspects of the human resources field, from onboarding to managing exits. They will collaborate closely with management to provide training to employees and develop strategies to enhance overall employee engagement.

    Responsibilities:

    • Managing the complete employees' life cycle, including performance management, compensation & benefits, policies, rewards & recognition, retention management, and employee engagement.
    • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders within the organization as an individual contributor.
    • Leading change initiatives both locally and globally to shape a positive culture within the business teams.
    • Overseeing the implementation of essential People processes, such as engagement discussions, performance optimization, and talent retention programs.
    • Aligning HR interventions with business objectives to drive positive outcomes.
    • Ensuring effective execution of key processes and timely completion of transactional tasks.
    • Driving employee engagement activities for both local and international teams.
    • Thriving in a fast-paced and evolving environment, demonstrating integrity in communications.
    • Generating HR reports for trend analysis and supporting business decision-making.

    Skills and Experience:

    • Excellent communication skills, ability to influence stakeholders, and keen attention to detail.
    • Proven track record in implementing development, employee relations, retention, and reward initiatives.
    • Capability to identify and address issues independently in complex situations.
    • Experience with talent analytics, creating reports, and analyzing employee data.
    • A proactive and adaptable approach to work.
    • Aptitude to learn and apply laws and practices across different regions.
    • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in utilizing data for decision-making.
    • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively to achieve results.
    • Comfortable navigating organizational changes and diverse employee levels.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    • Knowledge of onboarding, retention, and employee engagement practices, along with understanding of labor laws.

    Mandatory Skills:

    HRBP, Stakeholder management, Performance Management, Employee Engagement, HR Dashboard preparation, Labor and Establishment laws.
