    Description

    Manager/Senior Manager- HRBP(Sales)

    • Work and partner with the sales team to drive results for organizational effectiveness and productivity.
    • Enhance workforce capability, provide change leadership, strategic headcount planning, talent management, and performance reviews.
    • Support day-to-day operations, process improvements, and leadership development.
    • Evaluate and monitor training programs to ensure success.
    • Review sales policies, incentive frameworks, and rewards schemes to implement best practices.
    • Collaborate with internal HR on employee engagement initiatives.
    • Manage talent assessment and performance guidance for line management.

    Required Skills:

    • 8-10 years of business partnering experience
    • Stakeholder management and internal communication skills
    • Understanding of business product suite, tech metrics, and leadership interfacing
    • Ability to influence positively and analyze data for business problem-solving

    Good to have:

    • Experience in customer-facing teams or Sales
    • Background in FinTech/Technology organizations
    • Experience in startup ecosystem or Technology-driven companies
    • Knowledge of employee relations and related cases
