    Alcor Solutions is seeking to hire a dynamic and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Manager with proven leadership skills to join our HR team.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the IT industry, along with a track record of successfully managing a team of recruiters to attract and hire top talent.

    In addition to overseeing the full-cycle recruitment process, the IT Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for mentoring and developing team members, implementing talent acquisition strategies, and collaborating with key stakeholders to support the organization's goals.

    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and experienced IT Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment efforts and drive the success of our IT team.


    Responsibilities:


    Lead and manage a team of IT recruiters, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure the team meets its recruitment goals and objectives.

    Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract top IT talent, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
    Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment plans to support business objectives.

    Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify and attract candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

    Conduct interviews, assess candidates' qualifications, and make hiring recommendations based on the organization's needs and culture fit.

    Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding, by providing timely communication and feedback.

    Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, applicant tracking, interview scheduling, reference checks, and job offers.

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners to build a talent pipeline and enhance the employer brand.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition and recruitment to continuously improve processes and procedures.
    Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee retention and engagement.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    Proven 10 plus Years experience in IT talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least [4] years of experience in a team management role.

    Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
    Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop team members.
    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with candidates and stakeholders.
    Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software tools.
    Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret recruitment data.
    Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
