    Description

    Summary:

    We are looking for a highly skilled SAP BASIS Technical Consultant who is passionate about cloud migration to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone with expertise in SAP BASIS administration and cloud technologies to contribute to our business.

    • Lead and carry out SAP system migrations to AWS with minimal disruption.
    • Analyze current SAP landscapes and create customized migration strategies based on business requirements.
    • Deep understanding of SAP BASIS administration, including system setups, configurations, upgrades, and performance enhancements.
    • Set up and manage AWS components such as VPCs, EC2 instances, RDS databases, and S3 storage to support SAP work.
    • Use AWS migration tools and techniques to streamline migrations following best practices.
    • Collaborate with different teams to handle interdependencies and ensure a seamless migration process.
    • Maintain a solid grasp of SAP architecture, covering SAP NetWeaver, ABAP, and Java stacks.
    • Demonstrate proficiency in SAP product configurations and installations, including experience in SAP BusinessObjects (BOBJ) migrations.
    • Experience with SAP Solution Manager (Solman) and Change Request Management (ChaRM) is a bonus.
    • Strong knowledge of HANA, MS-SQL, and Sybase ASE databases.
    • Previous work with Windows and RHEL operating systems.
    • Expertise in setting up cloud infrastructures, especially AWS.
    • Familiarity with AzuretoAWS data migration is a plus.

    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience as an SAP BASIS Consultant.
    • Demonstrated success in migrating SAP systems to AWS.
    • Comprehensive understanding of SAP BASIS administration principles and techniques.
    • Thorough knowledge of SAP landscapes, setups, upgrades, and optimization methods.
    • Ability to configure and manage AWS infrastructure components effectively.
    • Experience in SAP product configurations and installations, including BOBJ migrations (preferred).
    • Familiarity with Solman and ChaRM (preferred).
    • Strong knowledge of HANA, MS-SQL, and Sybase ASE databases.
    • Experience with Windows and RHEL OS.
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problemsolving skills.
    • Capability to work both independently and within a dynamic team environment.
