    Description

    Cooling Supply Chain Planning Senior Manager

    Make of SIOP a central management decision process to drive demand and supply decisions towards higher customer satisfaction.

    • Develop a comprehensive understanding of Cooling supply chain requirements. Create a strong sense of urgency in order to resolve customer problems.
    • Drive demand andsupply planning activities for this cooling business and related plants.
    • Monitor supply chain performance. Direct, coordinate and control all action plans related to service, inventory and planning improvement.
    • Drive the implementation of supply chain strategies, develops and implements methods and processes for efficient supply chains, establishes priorities, and strives for continuous improvement.
    • Drive continuous improvement activities within the organization, join diagnostics, develop and support implementation of advanced materials management techniques, on Finished Goods, WIP and Raw Materials. Implement corporate program and drive local initiative.
    • Drive supply chain skills development in the factory network in alignment with long term industrial plans to reach high level of material management expertise

    Experience and background in leading supply chain on a large perimeter, encompassing manufacturing and distribution. Demonstrated leadership capabilities; lead role such as Plant / Distribution manager.

    • 10-15 years of experience
    • Excellent relationship & collaborative skills, with multi-cultural successful experience
    • Result Driven
    • Innovative Problem-Solving Approach
    • Skills on Exploring data using BI tools such as Tableau
