    Job Title: Senior Manager, Client Servicing

    Adlift Marketing Pvt. Ltd., a leading player in the advertising industry, is seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to join our team as Group Director of Client Servicing. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of comprehensive experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on client servicing. The successful candidate must have a proven track record of effectively managing teams and possess hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and SMO

    Responsibilities:

    1. Build and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.
    2. Lead, motivate, and manage a team of client-servicing professionals.
    3. Provide guidance and support to ensure the team achieves performance targets.
    4. Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective advertising and marketing strategies for clients.
    5. Ensure alignment of strategies with client objectives and industry trends.
    6. Oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
    7. Possess hands-on experience in various digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and SMO
    8. Stay abreast of industry trends and recommend innovative strategies to enhance client campaigns.
    9. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns.
    10. Foster collaboration and communication between different departments within the organization.
    11. Work closely with creative and technical teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
    • 7+ years of experience in the advertising industry, with a focus on client servicing.
    • Proven track record of managing teams of at least 10 people.
    • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, paid media, and SMO.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional leadership and team management abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
