    Position Service Technician

    Location : Delhi

    Experience : 0 to 1 years

    Role & Responsibilities:

    • Install new products, and test them to ensure they are working correctly .
    • Develop process improvements to effectively utilize equipment and materials to maximize production.
    • Identify unsafe operations and practices and report the same to Manager immediately.
    • Establish safety procedures and environmental regulations for employees.
    • Provide engineering support for production and maintenance activities to ensure maximum production.
    • Perform maintenance and provide customer supports
    • Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair.
    • Writes service reports after every diagnose.
    • Responds to service request and repairs products.
    • Can travel to other places for service.
    • Develop best practices to improve production capacity, quality and reliability.
    • Investigate problems, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. .

    Skills:

    • Ability to work flexible hours and willing to travel if needed
    • Proficiency in MS Office.
    • Ability to install, repair, service, test and troubleshoot equipment.
    • Superb analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
    • Strong Diagnostic skills.
    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to make decisions under pressure.
