    Our client is a multi-million dollar organization, a leading force in technological innovation, revolutionizing communication, navigation, and entertainment systems globally. With a focus on safety and efficiency, they have set industry benchmarks for connectivity solutions.

    The are on a look out for a Machine Learning Engineer - IV who Leads machine learning projects, providing technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers. Design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions, leveraging machine learning techniques to enhance our In-Flight Entertainment & Connectivity (IFEC) systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and elevate the passenger experience through advanced technological solutions.

    Major Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and implementation of scalable data-driven systems.
  • Integrate machine learning algorithms for content delivery, personalization, and connectivity services.
  • Develop and deploy machine learning models, predictive analytics, and frameworks.
  • Make key architectural decisions for machine learning infrastructure.
  • Design scalable machine learning pipelines using cloud platforms.
  • Explore emerging trends and technologies in machine learning.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers.
  • Continuously monitor and optimize machine learning model performance.
  • Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and foster a culture of continuous learning.

    • Knowledge/Skills Required:

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, focusing on data-driven applications, machine learning, or AI, preferably in aerospace or tech industries.
  • Proficient in programming languages like Python, Java, or similar.
  • Expertise in machine learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data processing technologies.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills for leading technical initiatives and collaborating across teams.
