    Description

    Job Description:

    As a Non-IT Recruiter, your primary responsibility will be to attract, evaluate, and hire qualified candidates for various non-IT positions within the organization. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that the company has a talented and diverse workforce to meet its business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a wide range of qualified candidates for non-IT positions.
    2. Job Analysis: Conduct comprehensive job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
    3. Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
    4. Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
    5. Interviewing: Conduct interviews, both in-person and through phone/video calls, to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
    6. Candidate Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and overall suitability for the position.
    7. Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, provide regular updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    8. Employer Branding: Represent the organization positively at job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
    9. Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, including compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment.
    10. Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
    11. Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.

    Requirements:

    1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Experience: Proven experience as a non-IT recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
    3. Knowledge: Familiarity with non-IT job markets, industry trends, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    4. Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
    5. Screening and Evaluation: Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through resume screening and interviews.
    6. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
    7. Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
    8. Technology: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process.
    9. Ethics and Confidentiality: Demonstrated integrity, ethics, and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
    10. Teamwork: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
