- Job Analysis: Conduct comprehensive job analysis and create accurate job descriptions and specifications for open positions.
- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and fit for the organization.
- Interviewing: Conduct interviews, both in-person and through phone/video calls, to evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit.
- Candidate Selection: Collaborate with hiring managers to evaluate candidates' strengths, weaknesses, and overall suitability for the position.
- Candidate Management: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, provide regular updates to candidates throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
- Employer Branding: Represent the organization positively at job fairs, industry events, and other recruitment-related activities to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.
- Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation of job offers, including compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven decisions.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations throughout the recruitment process.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience as a non-IT recruiter or in a similar role, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with non-IT job markets, industry trends, and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Sourcing Skills: Proficiency in using various sourcing techniques and tools to identify and attract potential candidates.
- Screening and Evaluation: Strong ability to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit through resume screening and interviews.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships with hiring managers.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple requisitions, and meet deadlines.
- Technology: Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and other HR tools to streamline the recruitment process.
