    Description

    HR Description:

    • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
    • Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and translate them into HR initiatives.
    • Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
    • Develop and implement effective onboarding programs for new hires.
    • Act as a mediator in employee disputes, providing guidance and resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and recommend appropriate actions.
    • Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees on performance improvement plans and career development.
    • Identify training needs and coordinate the development and delivery of training programs.
    • Implement initiatives to foster continuous learning and development within the organization.
    • Develop, implement, and update HR policies and procedures.
    • Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
    • Stay updated on market trends to ensure competitive and attractive benefit offerings.
    • Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
    • Conduct surveys to measure employee satisfaction and address concerns.
    • Maintain accurate and uptodate employee records.
    • Generate reports and analyze HR metrics to inform decisionmaking.
    Other Skills:


    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or HR certification is a plus.
    • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar HR leadership role.
    • Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
    • Solid problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
    • Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications. )
