    Location:Gurgaon/Pune


    Salary:69 LPA


    JobDescription:We are seeking a highlymotivated and experienced Travel Consultant to join our team. Theideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of the travelindustry particularly with expertise in GDS Sabre. As a TravelConsultant you will be responsible for providing exceptionalcustomer service while efficiently handling fare rules ticketingexchanges refunds pricing and pricebackprocesses.

    Responsibilities:1.Utilize GDS Sabre to research book and manage travel itinerariesfor clients.2. Interpret and apply farerules accurately to ensure compliance with airlineregulations.3. Process ticketingtransactions efficiently and accurately including issuancereissuance and voiding of tickets.4. Handleticket exchanges modifications and cancellations promptly and inaccordance with company policies andprocedures.5. Facilitate refund requests bycommunicating with airlines and processing refunds in a timelymanner.6. Provide expert guidance on pricingstrategies including fare types discounts andpromotions.7. Conduct priceback analysis toensure competitive pricing and maximizeprofitability.8. Deliver exceptionalcustomer service by addressing inquiries resolving issues andproviding travel recommendations.9. Stayupdated on industry trends airline policies and changes inregulations related to fare rules ticketing andpricing.10. Collaborate effectively withteam members to optimize workflow and achieve departmentalgoals.

    Requirements:1.Bachelors degree in Hospitality Tourism Business or a relatedfield.2. Minimum 23 years of experience as aTravel Consultant or in a similar role.3.Proficiency in using GDS Sabre for booking and managing travelreservations.4. Strong understanding of farerules ticketing processes exchanges refunds and pricingstrategies.5. Excellent communication skillsboth verbal and written with a customercentricapproach.6. Ability to multitask andprioritize workload in a fastpacedenvironment.7. Detailoriented with a highlevel of accuracy in handling transactions anddocumentation.8. Problemsolving skills andthe ability to resolve issues efficiently.9.Flexibility to work in shifts and weekends asrequired.10. Prior experience working in thetravel industry in Gurgaon or Pune ispreferred.

    Note:Salary is negotiable based on the candidates experience andskills.
