Sore Map Limited, a growing company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a remote Customer Service professional to join our team.
In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns promptly and accurately
- Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner
- Work collaboratively with other team members to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience
- Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed
- Communicate with customers regarding order status and tracking information
Requirements:
- 12 years of experience in a customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and programs
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A passion for delivering quality service and support to customers.
