Sore Map Limited, a growing company in the Information Technology and Services industry, is seeking a remote Customer Service professional to join our team.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by providing exceptional customer service and support.


Responsibilities:


  • Ensure customer satisfaction by actively listening and addressing concerns promptly and accurately
  • Effectively troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
  • Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to identify process improvements and enhance the customer experience
  • Maintain customer records and update contact information as needed
  • Communicate with customers regarding order status and tracking information

Requirements:


  • 12 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of computer systems and programs
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A passion for delivering quality service and support to customers.
