    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at TECEZE in Chennai.

    The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day IT operations, managing IT service delivery, and ensuring effective IT service management.

    They will work closely with cross-functional teams to address service issues, implement service improvement plans, and ensure customer satisfaction.

    The Service Delivery Manager will also be responsible for monitoring performance metrics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with IT policies and procedures.


    • IAct as the primary point of contact for clients regarding service delivery matters.
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and ensuring that our services align with their objectives.
    • Define service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) in collaboration with clients, and ensure that they are met or exceeded.
    • Monitor service performance and proactively identify areas for improvement, working closely with internal teams to implement necessary changes.
    • Lead service review meetings with clients to discuss performance, address concerns, and identify opportunities for service enhancements.
    • Manage escalations and resolve issues in a timely manner, ensuring minimal disruption to service delivery.
    • Provide regular reports and updates to clients on service performance, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
    • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices in IT service management and incorporate them into our service delivery processes.
