    Description

    Job Title : Data Architect

    Experience : 8 year

    Location : Pune

    Work mode : Hybrid

    Education : Any graduation

    Primary sikks : (Technical Must Haves)

    - Very good experience in designing data and AI products

    - Have strong experience in designing and implementing medallion Datalake architecture

    - Strong experience in handling PII data and legal regulations

    - Having experience in Data governance and Data Modelling

    - Very strong optimization experience with Py-spark/data-bricks and SQL

    - Hands on exp in data security and compliance

    - Good experience in any cloud architecture

    Secondary Skills :

    - Knowledge if machine learning algorithms

    Soft Skills :

    - Very good communication and interpersonal skill.

    Roles & Resonsibilities :

    Data Modeling :

    Developing conceptual, logical, and physical data models that align with business requirements and ensure data integrity, consistency, and efficiency.

    Database Design :

    Designing and implementing database solutions that meet the organization's needs, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and compliance.

    Data Integration :

    Developing strategies and solutions for integrating data from various sources, including databases, applications, APIs, and third-party systems, to ensure data consistency and accuracy across the organization.

    Data Governance :

    Establishing and enforcing data governance policies, standards, and procedures to ensure data quality, security, privacy, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

    Data Security :

    Implementing security measures to protect sensitive data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber threats, including encryption, access controls, and data masking techniques.

    Data Architecture Design :

    Defining the overall data architecture strategy and roadmap, including the selection of appropriate technologies, platforms, and tools to support current and future business needs.

    Data Warehousing :

    Designing and building data warehouse solutions to support business intelligence, analytics, and reporting requirements, including data modeling, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and data storage optimization.

    Data Migration :

    Planning and executing data migration projects to transfer data between systems, platforms, or cloud environments while minimizing downtime, data loss, and disruption to business operations.

    Performance Optimization :

    Identifying and resolving performance issues related to data storage, retrieval, processing, and analysis through database tuning, indexing, partitioning, and other optimization techniques.

    Collaboration :

    Collaborating with stakeholders, including business users, analysts, developers, and IT teams, to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure alignment between data architecture solutions and business objectives.

    Documentation :

    Creating and maintaining documentation, such as data dictionaries, data lineage diagrams, and technical specifications, to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure the integrity of the data architecture.

    Continuous Improvement :

    Staying informed about emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in data management and architecture, and recommending improvements or enhancements to existing systems and processes.
