Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers and qualify leads
  • Explain our products and services to potential customers
  • Overcome objections and set appointments for our sales team
  • Use lead generation tools and databases to find new prospects
  • Document all call information accurately and timely
  • Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with our services
  • Meet weekly and monthly call target goals

Requirements:


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Marathi
  • Strong organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Prior experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus
  • Ability to learn and use lead generation tools and databases
  • Being a fast and accurate typist will be an added advantage
  • A computer and reliable internet connection to work from home.
