    About the role:

    You will be responsible for hiring the best tech talents for o9 and to actively promote o9 in the marketplace as a destination for top talent. Act as an advisor to the hiring manager to help them through the specialist activity of recruiting and as a custodian for o9 to ensure the right hire is made in line with the organizational needs.

    What you'll do for us...

    • Identify, attract, screen, and select candidates
    • Advise and guide managers through the process of candidate assessment and decision-making
    • Ensure managers are regularly updated on the status of recruiting in their areas
    • Ensure candidates are engaged with and motivated by opportunities at o9 (relationship management/brand/employee value proposition)
    • Identify, attract, and select passive talent
    • Develop a network of referrals
    • Use networking opportunities such as local community groups or professional associations to identify referrals for qualified candidates
    • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process

    Qualifications:

    • 3-6 years of relevant experience in APAC IT recruitment.
    • Direct sourcing experience through job board postings, cold outreach to candidates, and demonstrated ability to creatively build a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of positions at different levels of the organization
    • Should be able to use innovative methodologies of sourcing techniques (Boolean, X ray search) and be able to use a variety of sourcing tools
    • Knowledge of technical skill sets, as well as an understanding of how software is built and maintained
    • Knowledgeable with Application Tracking Systems and CRM tools is a plus
    • Strong track record of consulting with and advising senior clients
    • Deep knowledge of the recruitment market in either a specific geography or functional area relevant to o9
    • Proven ability to deliver high levels of service to hiring managers and candidates
    • A passion for technology, startups, and most importantly, a can-do attitude. Negativity will not fly
    • Strong interpersonal skills and extensive experience conducting interviews
    • Experience coaching and providing feedback to interviewers and hiring managers
    • Great selling and closing skills
    • Outstanding communication skills both written and verbal
