    UST, a leader in digital transformation and technology services, is currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Recruiter.

    JD

    Title : Technical Recruiter (US-Staffing)

    Location: Bangalore

    Shift Timings : EST

    Education: Bachelors Degree OR master's in business management OR similar field (Must Have)

    Preferred: Degree in Engineering/IT/any specialized discipline is a big plus

    US IT Recruiter (Role and responsibilities):

    Minimum of 4+ years of recent experience as a Technical Recruiter in US Staffing with excellent IT skills

    Strong understanding into Contingent and Fulltime Hiring

    Excellent candidates sourcing and screening skills.

    Must have expertise in candidates sourcing from JOB DIVA, Dice, Monster and LinkedIn etc.

    Demonstrate knowledge about US Geography, Work Visas, Documents screening, and validation.

    Clear understanding of US benefits, compensation, employment types and US Tax Terms.

    Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio from submittals into interviews and placement.

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Strong interpersonal skills

    Excellent multitasking and organizational skills
