Our Technology & Digital teams based in Bengaluru are united to build and grow Decathlon India digital products & solutions with the aim of always offering the best value to 1.3 billion users in India.

    You will be a part of the Tech Talent & Team Happiness at Decathlon Sports India, with a specific focus on driving the IT, eCommerce & Data human needs. You will contribute to improve the recruitment performance with primary KPIs being recruitment & onboarding/ welcoming new talent to the Decathlon tech ecosystem.

    JOB INFORMATION :

    Location : Bangalore

    JOB ROLE

    The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for the technical hiring for Digital, IT & Data teams with a focus on the areas of candidate talent search and engagement, as well as talent acquisition process improvement in order to speeden up the recruitment process at Decathlon.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    1/ To work on end to end recruitment for IT, ECommerce & Data teams:

    ● Responsible to lead full cycle recruitment process from sourcing till sharing the final offer/ feedback with the candidates

    ● Source, screen, and conduct initial technical interviews with qualified candidates for all the positions along with the business leaders, schedule follow-up interviews with management and debrief meetings

    ● Interaction with the relevant candidates, briefing them about the requirement

    ● Evaluate technical skills of candidates and organise next interview rounds with leaders.

    ● Initiate search for lateral recruitment by executing a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates;

    ● Build talent pipeline for today and tomorrow with passive sourcing ability

    ● Execute a complete search of the database as per the requirements to find relevant candidates;

    ● Understanding of business teams & their requirements

    2/ Stakeholder Management

    To maintain regular connection with business leaders and stakeholders in order to understand the recruitment needs, you will work closely with leaders from different IT, eCommerce & Data teams to build a talent pool for today and tomorrow.

    AN IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE

    ● Recognized capacity to understand business needs, bring structure in a complex environment and lead action plans

    ● Strong data analysis skills, ability to perform data analysis and make data-driven decisions

    ● You are a technology enthusiast, you care about how things work and you can successfully collaborate with technical experts & leaders

    ● Should have basic technical knowledge of technologies used in IT & eCommerce (Java, SAP, Springboot, Scrum, product management, Digital marketing etc)

    ● Ability to understand organisational fit for the needs of the company

    EXPERIENCE

    ● 4-5 years of Tech recruiting experience with mixed experience in both agency and corporate is preferred

    ● Experience recruiting for IT, eCommerce, Data Engineering talent

    ● Experience working with recruiting tools and systems, including resume databases, internet sourcing tools, and spreadsheets

    ● Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases

    ● Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g. social media recruiting and )

    ● Strong communication and influencing skills

    ● Onboarding coordination from Interview to Day 1
