    Were looking for Senior Solutions Engineersto join our teams across the US APAC Latam and Europe. The idealcandidate will thrive in a customerfocused environment and indirect partnership with Sales Data Engineering Solutions ProductDevelopment and Senior Leadership.

    Tasks in therole

    • Serve as a trusted advisor toour customers actively identifying and driving new customeropportunities that align with their businessobjectives.
    • Conduct comprehensive Semrushbusiness reviews to gain insights into our customers specificbusiness problems and challenges and effectively communicate howSemrush solutions can address thoseissues.
    • Successfully builds relationships withthe account team partners and customers in support of sales teamobjectives.
    • Establish and maintain a deepunderstanding of the overall Enterprise Semrush technologyportfolio and the competitive landscape.
    • Be athought leader to the sales team and a technical lead on strategicclient relationships across various industryverticals.
    • Collaborate with Executive ProductSales and other seniorleveldecisionmakers.
    • Ability to provideauthoritative guidance on technical concepts with h2 skills in APIIT operations security and processes.
    • Expertisein handling technical data questions from clients andprospects.
    • Help champion an environment forongoing strategic customer success.
    • Workclosely with key client executive decisionmakers on productevaluations and proof of concepts to ensure the solutions/productsmeet client objectives.
    • Analyze market trendsand competitor offerings to effectively position Semrush as theleading choice for customers highlighting our competitiveadvantages and differentiators.
    • Performhighlevel Discovery with your clients.
    • Conductinternal training prepare & conduct demos host webinarsand events with clients and interact with other SemrushTeams.

    RequirementsWhowe are looking for

    • 57 years TechnicalPre/postSales / Sales Engineering in the SaaSindustry.
    • 23 years of experience in a midmarketor enterprise sales role with a successful track record ofconsistently closing >$250k ARR deals.
    • in an engineering or similar program from an accreditedcollege / university preferred or equivalentexperience.
    • Proficient in various salesmethodologies such as Sandler Challenger SPIN MEDDIC orothers.
    • Highly organized and structuredapproach to drive consistentsuccess.
    • Customerfocused mindset with a drivefor exceptional customer experience.
    • Strongcommunication skills and comfortable interacting withclients.
    • SEO knowledge is highlypreferred.
    • Experience with implementingsoftware products or solutions to large and dynamic enterprisecompanies
    • Ability to work well in a highlydynamic / team environment that focuses on providingaboveindustrystandard customerservice.
