    Description

    As a Pre-Sales Manager at Enate, you will lead a team of pre-sales specialists and play a pivotal role in driving the company's sales efforts. You will be responsible for developing and executing pre-sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and maximise customer satisfaction.

    Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage a team of pre-sales specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure their success.
    • Collaborate with the sales leadership team to define pre-sales objectives, targets, and strategies aligned with the company's overall goals.
    • Overseeing the pre-sales process from lead qualification to solution design, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for potential customers.
    • Work closely with the product development team to understand product capabilities, enhancements, and roadmap to position our solutions in the market effectively.
    • Develop relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams, to drive collaboration and alignment.
    • Participate in customer meetings, demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to showcase the value proposition of our solutions and address customer requirements.
    • Provide strategic input and feedback to product management and marketing teams based on customer insights and market trends.
    • Monitor and analyse pre-sales performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing initiatives to optimise productivity and effectiveness.
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the market.

    Qualifications

    Must have

    • A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or related field, or an MBA or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • 9+ years of experience in a pre-sales or technical sales role, with at least five years in a leadership or management position, preferably in the SaaS industry.
    • A proven track record of success in driving pre-sales activities, achieving revenue targets, and managing a high-performing team.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams towards common goals.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and the ability to anticipate and address customer needs effectively.

    Good to have

    • Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices, with experience in CRM systems such as HubSpot.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and metrics to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and business requirements.
