    JobResponsibilities
    Endtoenddesign of interfaces managing the entire development process withproficiency in executing design systems and crafting detailed UIdesign style guides.

    Conduct brand researchcreate brand architecture conduct stakeholder interviews and usersurveys develop user personas and perform competitor analysis toinform design strategies.

    Evaluate andrationalize design solutions ensuring alignment with the clientsvision business context and project Key Performance Indicators(KPIs). Cultivate strong relationships andestablish operational rhythms to efficiently implement cohesiveinclusive and wellinformed user experiences.
    Demonstrate basic consulting skills to build trust and providecohesive customizable design recommendations toclients. Apply creativity consumer empathyand business acumen in crafting user interfaces offering insightsand recommendations to crossfunctionalteams.

    Actively pursue professionaldevelopment by participating in educational opportunities stayingabreast of industry publications and engaging in design seminarswith a focus on effective storytelling.

    Communicate clearly and exert a high degree of influence withinternal and external stakeholders fostering effectivecollaboration.

    Exhibit the ability tocomprehend the requirements of various stakeholders and workcollaboratively and autonomously to meet projectobjectives.

    12 years of experience increating user interfaces for products andservices. Hands on experienceon tools like
    Figma Adobe XD SketchAdobeIllusratorPhotoshop Anexcellent team player with good communication skills who canseamlessly collaborate with developers copywriters UX designersclients and stakeholders.

    An innovativecreator who can clearly conceptualize and execute concepts anddesigns through sketches wireframes high fidelity comps andprototypes.

    An expert with exhaustiveknowledge of UI/UX principles & techniques with handsonexperience in creating designs with an existing style guide who canalso develop design systems fromscratch.
    Set Yourself ApartWith A selfstarter with aninquisitive mind open to learning new things and with amazingmultitasking abilities.

    Design Degree or aDiploma from a Design college(Graduation in any field is amust)
