    Description
    Job Responsibilities:

    Handle end to end tax compliances, accounting, and finance operations.

    Responsible for the computation of Income Tax, Advance tax, Tax Provisions, Deferred tax, TDS related compliances, filing of annual IT returns, GST Filing, Tax Audit and TP audits.

    Keep books and systems up to date and
    MIS, Inventory Management
    Design business processes to optimize costs, minimize risk, and achieve operational excellence in the financial system.
    Handle taxation such as GST, TDS, Income tax
    Prepare and manage cash flow forecasts and budgets.
    Prepare payroll, payroll taxes work with finance controller and HQ team for payment transfer.
    Maintenance of accounts.
    Manage all accounting operations including Billing, Account receivable, accounts payable, cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
    Interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends.
    Oversee planning of budgets for future years.
    Track expenses in budgeted areas.
    Develop and inspect financial system.
    Collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements.
    Finalization of Accounts, preparation of financial statements, business activity reports, MIS Reports, Budgeting, and forecasts.
    Perform financial and accounting operations related to BRS, foreign payments, petty cash management, etc.

    Preferred candidate profile

    :

    Good experience in statutory compliances like company law, PF, ESIC.
    Experience in taxation, budgeting, investment planning, preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
    8+ years of overall combined accounting and finance experience.
    Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures.
    Experience with creating financial statements.
    Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process.
    Excellent accounting software user and administration skills, knowledge of SAP is an added advantage.
    Experience using budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools.

    Must have hands-on experience in finance and accounting like budgeting, cash flow, fund flow, taxation, financial reporting, statutory compliance, commercial deliverables, and control, etc.

    Education
    PG:

    CA/ICWA, M.Com in Any Specialization, MBA/PGDM in Finance
