Mode of Work - Work from Office

Salary - upto 2.4 lpa

Roles and Responsibilities

Managing the entire recruitment cycle/process of end to end to enable selection of quality talent for open positions
Ensure all the recruitment in accordance with recruitment policy.
Involved in end to end selection procedure.
Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
Must have excellent communication skills. Negotiation with the selected candidates on the Salary.
Experience with sourcing techniques.
Report & Data Management
Revenue Generation & Targets

Who We are Looking For:

1. Experience in recruitment - freshers to 3 months

2. Enthusiastic and passionate individuals eager to learn and grow.

3. Strong communication and teamwork skills.

4.Experience in Internship or complete freshers are also encouraged.

Perks and Benefits Our compensation includes Monthly Fixed Salary + Incentive which are quarterly in nature. And Medical health insurance as well. There is no cap on earnings from incentives, which are paid quarterly on target achievement.
