- Conduct client needs assessments to understand their talent acquisition challenges and requirements.
- Present our retained search solutions and value proposition to clients, highlighting our expertise in the HR domain.
- Collaborate with internal teams to customise search strategies and deliver tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Market Expansion:
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities within the Human Resources sector.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential clients to expand our footprint and grow market share.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums to enhance brand visibility and establish thought leadership.
- Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals for the Retained Search Practice within the Human Resources function.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to ensure profitable engagements and long-term partnerships.
- Track sales performance metrics, analyse sales data, and provide regular reports to senior management.
