    Responsibilities:

    Social Media & Customer Communications :

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and curate content for social media channels, ensuring alignment with the overall brand message and marketing objectives.
  • Oversee community engagement initiatives, including the creation of monthly newsletters and employee advocacy programs.
  • Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Get on customer calls, and draft emails and case studies with inputs from the calls

    • PR and Media Relations:

  • Develop and implement PR strategies to enhance the organization's reputation and maintain positive media coverage.
  • Cultivate relationships with key media outlets and influencers to secure positive coverage and partnerships.
  • Create and distribute press releases, articles, and other communication materials to relevant media channels.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and coordinate interviews or press conferences.

    • Strategic Planning:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end marketing communication strategies, along with the brand manager, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated and cohesive marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation.

    • Competencies (Technical & Soft Skills):

  • Bachelor's / Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience in social media strategy & execution.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good understanding of ChatGPT, Canva, MS Office.
