- Basic salary up to RM 7.5K, plus over-ridding + incentive
- Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure individual and team success.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategic planning.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and other stakeholders.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and upcoming product releases.
- Prepare regular sales reports, analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting findings to upper management.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts and support for the sales team.
- Organize training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Monitor expenses and demonstrate a return on investment (ROI) for sales activities. Ensure that all sales activities comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus point.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English.
- 4 years and above of progressive experience in automotive sales, with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Proven ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue and sales volume targets.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, dealerships, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills to provide accurate sales forecasts based on market trends and historical data.
- Proficiency in analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and presenting findings to upper management.
- Collaborative approach to working with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and after-sales service, to ensure coordinated efforts.
- Experience in organizing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
- Experience in developing and managing budgets for the sales department.
- Knowledge of and adherence to industry regulations and standards governing automotive sales.
