    Description

    Job Title: Executive – Accounts (EU)

    Job Type: Full – Time

    Location: Pune

    Reporting Manager: Asst. Manager - Finance

    Min Salary: As per the Standard Market Rates

    Work Hours: 12:00 Noon to 9:00 PM (Under EU/US Shared Services)- Weekends off

    Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:

    ● Assist Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

    ● Enter and upload invoices into the system

    ● Assist with monthly and Annual close process

    ● Checking supporting documentation for credit card transactions

    ● Auditing Employee and utility Expenses

    ● Post transactions to journals, ledgers, and other records

    ● Reconcile bank statements and Credit Cards

    ● Maintain accurate historical records

    ● Reconcile accounts

    ● Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date

    ● Produce weekly/monthly reports

    Skills and Experience:

    Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting

    Experience: 1-4 years

    Skills:

    1. Knowledge of general accounting procedures.
    2. Knowledge of relevant accounting software.
    3. Excellent MS Office skills including Excel.
    4. Ability to effectively communicate and interact with various departments.
    5. A professional appearance and strong work ethic.
    6. Excellent communication, both oral and written and time management skills.
    7. Requires discretion, initiative, and strong attention to detail and team.
    8. Knowledge of / experience in NetSuite and Oracle online would be preferable
