Overview:

The HumanResources intern plays a crucial role in supporting the HRdepartment by assisting with various HR functions and processes.This role is essential in providing administrative supportcontributing to recruitment efforts and helping to ensure thesmooth operation of HRrelated activities within theorganization.

KeyResponsibilities:

Assist with therecruitment process by posting job openings reviewing resumes andscheduling interviews.
Conduct initialscreenings of potential candidates to assess their fit for openpositions.
Support employee onboarding andorientation processes.
Assist in maintaining HRrecords and documentation.
Contribute to thedevelopment and implementation of HR policies andprocedures.
Provide support in employeerelations matters and conflictresolution.
Assist in organizing andcoordinating HR projects andinitiatives.
Support the HR team in organizingand conducting training and developmentprograms.
Assist with payroll and benefitsadministration.
Conduct research and contributeto HRrelated reports andpresentations.
Participate in HR meetings andcontribute to discussions and decisionmakingprocesses.
Help maintain a positive andproductive work environment through various HRinitiatives.
Assist with data entry andanalysis for HR metrics and reports.
Contributeto adhoc HR tasks and projects asneeded.
Support the HR team in maintainingcompliance with labor regulations and companypolicies.

RequiredQualifications:

Enrollment in aBachelors or Masters degree program in Human Resources BusinessAdministration Psychology or a relatedfield.
Strong interpersonal and communicationskills.
Basic understanding of HR principlespractices and regulations.
Proficiency inMicrosoft Office applications particularly Excel Word andPowerPoint.
Ability to maintain confidentialityand handle sensitive information withdiscretion.
Detailoriented with strongorganizational and time managementskills.
Ability to work effectively in a teamas well as independently.
Demonstratedwillingness to learn and take on newchallenges.
Knowledge of HRIS or HR software isa plus.
Understanding of diversity equity andinclusion principles is preferred.
Ability toprioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilitiessimultaneously.
Familiarity with social mediaplatforms for recruiting purposes.
Stronganalytical and problemsolvingabilities.
Ability to adapt to a fastpaced anddynamic work environment.
Willingness to committo a fulltime internship for a specifiedduration.
