    Description

    We are looking for a resource in our Central Procurement team. Should be MBA with 2-3 years of experience.

    Following will be the key job responsibilities:

    Necessary data management, record keeping, report generation, documentation related to various categories in central procurement, market research and supplier identification.

    Design of RFQ, contract management, contract design, tracking and managing payments (where required), necessary communication with internal and external stakeholders as required, Supplier management activities like onboarding process, KYCs, feedback collection etc.

    Key Task will be as below:

    Procurement policies : maintaining and updating procurement policies and procedures

    Record keeping & Data analysis : Maintaining procurement related records and reporting including sanction requests, spend analysis, P&L, contract analysis, bid evaluation etc as per need

    Onboarding of Suppliers & registration: collecting necessary information from internal & external stakeholders, KYCs, Supplier registration in IMOS

    Purchase requisition: Design and update purchase requisitions received from user departments

    Contract management: Design and tracking contracts, Managing any necessary amendments to existing contracts, monitoring compliance with the terms and conditions of contracts including due dates

    Managing purchase orders: Creating and managing purchase orders for required goods and services

    Monitoring supplier performance: Tracking and evaluating supplier performance to ensure they meet contractual obligations, collecting feedback and necessary reporting

    Payments & Overdues : Uploading invoices for payment, tracking overdues for all vendors

    Market research and supplier identification: Researching the market to find suitable suppliers who offer the best quality, price, and delivery terms

    Foster effective collaboration and ensure strong communication lines with key stakeholders across all departments to work towards shared business goals and smooth procurement processes. -

    Provide guidance to internal & external stakeholders on procurement processes and maintain compliance to procurement policies
