    Description

    PRIMARYRESPONSIBILITIES:

    Thecandidate will be required to troubleshoot test and supportAVbased devicesfortheclientincludingbutnotlimitedto:

    Experienceon HDBT Equipment will be an addedadvantage

    Experiencein Programming of AV Control and Audio DSP protocols andconcepts.

    Dailymonitoring of AVsetup

    Allkind of upgrade e.g. OS patch vulnerability firmware for AVDevices

    Devicelevel Configurations andoptimizations

    Additionalfeatureconfiguration

    Supportfor initial troubleshooting of all hardware /software relatedissues & coordination with AV Technical Assistance atRahi

    Createa plan of Action to install updates /patches and bug fixes as andwhenrequired

    Provideautomation solutions to the customer using existing APIs availablein AVplatforms.

    Reportingmutually agreed on report sharingDaily/Weekly/Monthly

    Coordinatingwith the Rahi team for Product Lifecycle management for installedproducts.

    AVNetwork audit: Configuration review and compliance Configurationassistance and best practices Design for AV review assistance andbestpractices

    RahiTAC; Help Desk support; Managing trouble tickets and gatheringinput for analysis; Generate monthly high level reports on troubleTickets.

    Technicalqualifications:

    Atleast 3 years of AVdomain

    Goodinterpersonal skills for effective communication with business andtechnicalteams.

    Strongexposure to device failure capture leveltroubleshooting.

    Proventrack record of successful and timely delivery of assignedtasks.

    TechnicalSupport experience in AVdomain
