    Role:Field Sales OfficerMortgageJobID:0049Role/FunctionalArea: Sales/BusinessDevelopmentWorkLocation: Chennai TamilNadu.EducationQualification: Graduate orundergraduateExperienceRequired: 6 Months to 3YearsSalary:Rs. 16000/ to Rs. 20000/ (Plus monthlyIncentives)
    Requirements:
    1. Mustbe a graduate from any stream. BFSI experience will be givenpreference.
    2. Shouldhave a minimum of 6 months of experience in any FieldSales
    3. Candidates withprior experience in BFSI will have an addedadvantage
    4. Open totravel. Must have aTwowheeler.
    5. Must havegood communicationskills

    RolesandResponsibilities:1.Area/ Lane /GeographyMapping:Responsiblefor lanetolane/ Area mapping of Area/ Geography at regularintervals with the help of the supervisor. Identify new sources inthe allocated Area/ Geography and inform the progress of thereporting manager during teamhuddle.
    2.Source RelationshipManagement:Responsiblefor managing the relationship with all sources assigned andidentified by him in hisgeography/area.
    3.MaintainReports:Responsiblefor maintaining reports related to sales and all his activities inthe prescribed format. Should maintain a diary on a daily basis inthe prescribed format ofactivities.
    4.Channel PartnerRecruitment:Responsiblefor identifying the need for the appointment of a channelpartner
    5.TeamHuddle:Responsiblefor attending team huddles on a daily basis as per the setprocess.
    6.Customer RelationshipManagement:Responsiblefor enhancing the customer experience by developing and maintainingrelationships withcustomers.
    7.Completion ofFile:Responsiblefor submission of complete application form documentation andinformation
