    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive at Fav Fairs located in New Delhi. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, business communication, and account management. The role will involve identifying and approaching potential clients, building and nurturing client relationships, and managing key accounts.

    Qualifications

    • Business Development, Lead Generation, and Business skills
    • 2+ Years of Experience
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to meet sales targets
    • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Knowledge of the event management industry is a plus
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
