Description
Job Description:
- Should have experience working with 22 KV or higher HT setups in IT parks or commercial buildings.
- Develop detailed plans to manage the performance of key equipment, systems, and installations, implement proactive maintenance plans, and measure actual performance levels.
- Ensure all equipment and systems are fully functional with minimal downtime of critical equipment.
- Prepare a detailed engineering budget for the upcoming year based on previous performance analysis and growth expectations.
- Identify and resolve breakdown causes promptly, working with the AMC vendor or OEM based on the situation's urgency.
- Monitor the deployment of outsourced staff to ensure adequate manning of critical equipment.
- Handle client/tenant engineering/technical issues such as air conditioning, leakages, electricity, and water promptly and effectively.
- Review daily logged complaints to enhance process efficiency and identify areas for proactive maintenance.
- Oversee the condition and operation of fire equipment, HVAC systems, electrical equipment, water and gas systems, etc.
- Conduct Operations and Engineering assessments based on property-specific risk matrices.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop innovative solutions to achieve investment goals.
- Maintain high levels of customer service to retain existing users.
- Coordinate with Local Management teams to implement cost-saving measures and internal programs for superior asset protection and tenant satisfaction.
- Monitor and optimize energy costs and operating models.
- Establish relationships with external agencies, government, and non-government organizations for smooth park operations.
- Develop engagement mechanisms for staff across services.
- Preferably have hands-on experience with Yardi, Zycus, Oracle, or similar applications.
