    Job Overview

    We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our Product Management Team at West Coast Pharmaceuticals Works Limited. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet our high-quality, economical, and delivery standards. This is a full-time position based in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, and is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1 to 3 years of experience in product management.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's degree in a related field
    • 1-3 years of experience in product management
    • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
    • Excellent market research and analytical abilities
    • Knowledge of product development processes and regulatory compliance
    • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    • Experience in budgeting and forecasting
    • Familiarity with pharmaceutical sales and distribution
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and product management software

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company's goals and objectives
    • Conduct market research to identify new product opportunities and assess market demand
    • Manage the product development process from concept to launch, including formulation, packaging, and labeling
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for product safety and efficacy
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing, to achieve product objectives
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions
    • Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and potential threats
    • Prepare and manage product budgets, including forecasting and cost analysis
    • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and distributors
