    Description

    JobResponsibilities

    Help Stock loan and Finance desk for trade support activities liketrade rebooking Recall and returns. Manual callin of return as perthe agreedprocedure.

    Monitor investigate and resolve contract compare breaks in order toresolve margin disputes in timely manner prioritize and escalateaccordingly.

    Responding to client queries & Front officequeries.

    Liaison with trading desk and related stakeholders to escalate anytrade or bookingissues.

    Build and maintain strong relationship with our front office Backoffice and operationsareas.

    Ability to apply problem solving and investigative techniques totrade booking / flowissues

    Help with project and CTB development whererequired.

    Sound knowledge of Stock lending and other derivative instrumentswould be preferable.

    Relationship management daily engagement with key internal andexternal partners (financial institutions & business partnersacross the world) managing Clientsexpectations.

    Control Environment focus on control aspect of the role KRIs/KeyPerformance Indicators and a full understanding of operationalrisks.

    ChangeDelivery.

    Help with project and CTB development whererequired.

    OtherResponsibilities

    Direct relationships with the front office / back officecolleagues.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders acrossthe globe in Front Back and MiddleOffice

    Strong working and open relationship with localmanagement

    Skills:

    IB Equity Operations experience preferred essentially in TradeSupportfunctions

    Competency with MS Suite especially Excel and the ability to learnmultiple programsquickly

    Knowledge of and an interest in the financial markets (derivativeproduct knowledge especially swaps/ FX/ F&O)

    Front to back trade lifecycleexperience

    Demonstrate awareness and procedures to mitigate operational riskescalateappropriately

    Trade amendments and booking reversals oftrades

    Liaison between Front Office and all supportingfunctions

    Work in partnership with our clients sales and trading to ensurethat trades are allocated confirmed and processed in a timelymanner

    Provide support for front office equities tradingdesks.

    Work closely with technical teams to improve traderexperience.

    Focused work with zero tolerance controls and strictdeadlines.

    Ability to build good relationship within the team and Front Officetrading andmanagement

    Strong appreciation and value of STP and of IT solutions to reduceprocessing and improvecontrols

    Ability to multitask to be flexible re tasks and accommodatevarying levels of volume and complexity without deterioration intaskquality

    Act as point of contact for internal middle/backofficeenquiries.
