    About the role:


    myBiz, a corporate travel management platform by MakeMyTrip, provides a customizable, real-time self-booking system that seamlessly integrates into a company's structure to deliver convenience, transparency, savings, and the power of choice.

    Over the last four years, we have onboarded 42,000+ prominent corporates such as Vedanta, P&G, Zomato, Bajaj Finance, Escorts, Netflix, Byju's, and Blackberry, among others, who are benefiting from our seamless platform and experiencing significant savings.


    About the function:


    The individual in this role will be accountable for enhancing the corporate customer experience and optimizing operational efficiency across diverse domains, including pre-sale and post-sale activities for international flight operations, end-to-end operational requirements fulfillment, implant management, and call center operations.

    Key responsibilities include driving international flight sales, handling escalations, and ensuring customer satisfaction (CSAT) for the business line. Proficiency in data analysis to derive actionable insights is crucial for success in this role.


    What you'll be doing:

    • Actively involved in international flight growth, streamlining operations and enhancing efficiency.
    • Taking ownership of both domestic and international service delivery metrics to ensure high quality performance.
    • Driving innovation and identifying opportunities within the business for process automation, aiming to optimize workflows and reducing manual efforts.
    • Leading external and internal business reviews, emphasizing effective stakeholder management to align goals and expectations.
    • Fostering collaboration by liaising with Product, Technology, and relevant stakeholders to facilitate the successful completion of assigned conversion for MyBiz.

    Qualification & Experience:

    • Master's degree from a reputed institute with 6 to 8 years of experience working with corporate travel companies.
    • Proficiency in managing corporate clients or handling implants.
    • Demonstrated expertise in GDS knowledge for both sales and postsale.
    • Experience in team management with a solid understanding of flight operations.
    • Proven ability to thrive in fastpaced environments.

    • Facilitate seamless transition and timely delivery of assigned projects in accordance with agreed-upon timelines.
    • Assess the performance of completed projects in terms of business impact and integrate insights for future strategic planning.
    • Exceed productivity targets established by the organization, focusing on process optimization and excellence.
    • Ensure efficient project management and timely implementation of processes.
    • Demonstrate execution excellence by delivering fast and accurate results.
