    Description

    We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Operational Lead with at least 3-4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry to oversee and enhance the efficiency of our operations.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving overall operational execution and ensuring that our team adheres to established guidelines.

    This role is crucial in maintaining consistency, reducing operational gaps, and driving continuous improvement across all processes.

    ResponsibilitiesOperational Efficiency:
    Identify and implement strategies to improve efficiency across all operational processes

    Standard Operating Model:
    Develop, implement, and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality

    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

    Performance Monitoring:
    Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and identify areas for improvement

    Problem Solving:
    Proactively identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to prevent recurrence

    Collaboration:
    Work closely with other departments (e.g., production, sales, customer service) to ensure seamless operations and communication.


    Training:
    Conduct regular training sessions to ensure all team members are familiar with SOPs and operational best practices

    Compliance:
    Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, safety standards, and company policies.

    QualificationsExperience:
    Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an operational leadership role within the food and beverage industry

    Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

    Skills:
    Strong leadership and team management abilities.
    Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
    Proficiency in operational management software and tools.
    Ability to develop and implement effective SOPs.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
