    Sourcing Specialist / Associate Recruiter

    Korn Ferry are seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team.

    The Role:

    As our teams are growing, we will welcome on board those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging sourcing activities among India candidates In this role you will be working closely with both Recruiters & Senior Recruiters to ensure we bring the best talent into our client's business.

    Responsibilities:

    Working in the role you will be required to:

    · Attract top recruiting talent for specific career opportunities in the market, using numerous sourcing channels and methodologies

    · Execute headhunting, direct talent sourcing and networking strategies

    · Approach and screen candidates

    · Create talent pools as well as pipelining.

    · Maintain data accuracy and integrity of internal ATS systems regarding Candidates data

    · Work closely with the Internal Recruiter on a daily basis and support him/her in order to meet all KPI's and SLA's

    · Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the recruitment – we are always looking for ideas how to be better

    Skills & Experience:

    To be successful in this position you will have:

    · Previous recruitment experience and knowledge of sourcing best practices

    · Strong sourcing background with experience of using multiple sourcing channels

    · Experience in the Recruitment / Tech industry is essential

    · Fluent English language skills

    · High level of attention to detail

    · Skills in reporting and working on different recruitment systems

    · Ability to work in fast – paced environment

    · Excellent communication skills both written and oral
