    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager at Metro Midas Technology. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing and implementing strategies to drive sales and revenue growth. The role will involve researching market trends, networking with potential clients, preparing and delivering presentations, and negotiating contracts.

    Qualifications
    • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role
    • Strong knowledge of the software development industry and market trends
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
    • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Self-motivated and target-driven
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
    • Experience with eGovernment, Data Mining, Retail and eCommerce, or Digital Transformation projects is a plus
    • Proficiency in spoken and written English
