- Proven Business Development, Account Management, and experience in selling Staff Augmentation services.
- Ability to identify and generate leads and convert them into a long-term business account.
- Good understanding of selling IT staffing services.
- Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry a workable approach for closing new business, and a sense of urgency in obtaining new business.
- Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities.
- Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating, and Executing Client Contracts as well as sub-contracts adhering to Company Policies.
- Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred.

- Arrange business meetings with prospects and lead the process through contract signature and achieving sales targets.
- Promote the company's products/services.
- Translates the strategic goals of the business into operational plans to achieve the required targets.
- Managing relationships with partners and ensuring seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.
